[Akame One shot] Awkwardly Wonderful
Title: Awkwardly wonderful
Pairing: Junior!Akame

Summary: It’s the first time Jin’s sleeping over at Kame’s place after they’ve finally confessed to each other. It’s kind of awkward but kind of exiting and really wonderful too.

A/N: I’ve written quite a lot lately XD Well here is another story from me. I kind of really like how this one turned out so I really hope you all will enjoy this as well :)
”Thanks for the dinner Kamenashi-san” Jin said with a smile as got up from his chair and pushed it in against the table.
“You’re welcome Jin-kun” Kame’s mother smiled back as Kame too got up from his seat next to Jin and the both of them took up their plates to take it to the kitchen.
“It was really yummy mum” Kame said and smiled brightly at her. “Like always. Your food is the best”
“Are you trying to worm yourself out of helping out with the dishes?” she asked with a raised and then laughed, together with everyone else around the table, as Kame blushed and looked slightly guilty. “Of course you don’t have to help out tonight. Yuya can do it instead”
“Hey!” Kame’s little brother protested. “Why me?”
“Because I say so. And Kazuya can do it tomorrow when it’s actually your turn” their mum said in that voice she used when she didn’t want to hear any more protests.
“Thank you mum” Kame beamed at his mother who just smiled at him gently again.
“Come on Jin, let’s hurry and get up to my room” He then said and tugged Jin by the arm to get him to move into the kitchen so that they could put away their plates.
“You owe me!” Yuya shouted after them.
“I’ll treat you for ice cream tomorrow”
“So what do you wanna do now?” Kame asked as he closed the door to his bedroom behind him.
“I dunno” Jin shrugged and sat down on the bed while Kame walked over to his CD player to put on some music. He looked through his small collection of CD’s before he decided to put on Bob Dylan. A CD he had gotten from Jin a couple of years ago. When the music started to play he turned around and went to sit down next to Jin on the bed. An awkward silence fell over them.
They sat like that for what felt like hours before they both decided to break the ice at the same time.
“So…” they said at once.
“You go first” Kame said before Jin could protest. Kame hadn’t really known what to say anyway.
“Uh, oh, okay, well…” Jin tried to find his words. “Do you wanna like… you know… make out?”
“Su-re” Kame blushed at the suggestion even though they had made out before. Only once though and that had been a couple of days ago when Jin had suddenly confessed to him. Kame had been so happy that he was surprised he didn’t die because of the sudden rush of excitement running through his body.
“Oh, good” Jin smiled and then slowly leaned in closer to him. Kame licked his lips out of nervousness as he leaned in as well to make the distance between them disappear.
Jin’s lips were soft, and warm. It felt nice having them moving gently against his lips. The butterflies in Kame’s stomach were fluttering like crazy and went even crazier when Jin brought his hands to hold him. One hand placed securely on Kame’s hip and the other on the side of Kame’s head. Kame sighed into the kiss. This was wonderful.
They broke the kiss when they both needed a breathing pause. Jin smiled at him and then he lay down on the bed pulling Kame down on with him.
“What are you-“ Kame yelped as he landed next to Jin, bouncing slightly on the mattress. He didn’t get to finish his question before he was silenced by a second kiss. This kiss wasn’t as gentle, even though you could hardly call it hungry, as the previous one. Kame shivered slightly as one of Jin’s hands found their way to Kame’s hip again and slipped in under Kame’s shirt but it didn’t move any further. It just laid there warm against Kame’s bare skin. Kame placed a hand on the side of Jin’s head, playing with the soft locks when the other gently prodded for further entrance with his tongue. Kame complied at once and let out a soft, almost inaudible moan as their tongues came in contact. It was like an electric wave was shooting right through his body.
“Kazuya?” his mother’s voice followed by a knock interrupted them. Kame quickly scrambled himself up from the bed and almost tripped over.
“Yes?” he called back, settling down on the desk chair.
“Is it okay if I come inside?” she asked. “I’ve made you some hot chocolate”
“Hot chocolate?” Jin’s eyes shone up with delight and Kame’s mother obviously took his exclamation as sign that it was okay to enter.
“So what are you doing?” she asked as she padded into the room and placed the tray with two steaming cups of chocolate on the desk.
“Just talking” Kame replied and looked away to hide the blush that he felt was slowly starting to appear on his face. “And listening to music”
“Sounds nice” she smiled and stroked Kame softly over the hair. “If there is anything else you want just let me know. I will be up for another couple of hours watching TV”
“Okay” Jin chipped in as he came up to the desk and picked up one of the cups. “Smells delicious”
She chuckled softly and then left them alone again.
“That was close” Kame sighed when the door was closed again.
“Yeah” Jin replied and took a sip from his cup. “Delicious!”
“So, uh are we going to sleep together?” Jin asked a couple of hours later when they were getting ready for bed.
“Sleep together?!” Kame almost shrieked in shock. “We can’t sleep together yet. We’ve only been together for 3 days!”
“I didn’t mean it like that” Jin stressed his words. “I mean, we used to always share the bed before when I stayed overnight. Will it be different now?”
“Oh” Kame took a deep breath of relief and then added. “I don’t know, I don’t think it should be different now. Do you wanna share bed?”
“Yeah…” Jin bit his lower lip shyly. “I kind of really like sleeping next to you”
Kame blushed and looked away from Jin. “Don’t say things like that!”
“But it’s true!” Jin said and couldn’t hold back a chuckle. “I also think you’re really cute when you blush”
“Shut up” Kame glared and blushed even deeper. “I’m going to the bathroom”
It felt weird lying next to Jin under the blanket. He had done this a lot of times before, countless of times, but it had never been awkward before. It felt really nice too though because Jin was lying closer than he usually did and one of his hands were resting on Kame’s waist and his face was just an inch away from Kame’s. If either of them just moved a little bit closer to the other their lips would meet. Kame moved that tiny bit closer.
Under the blanket Jin’s hand started to stroke Kame’s waist and it sent shivers up his spine. He parted his lips a bit more and invited Jin to deepen the kiss. Jin took the hint and as he slipped his tongue inside Kame’s mouth he moved his body even closer to Kame and let their legs intertwine.
The next morning Kame was woken up by the sunlight shining in through the window. He turned around to get his face out of the sun and try to get back to sleep. He didn’t want to get up just yet. It was to wonderful sleeping with Jin’s warm body wrapped around him.
“Mornin” Jin mumbled but didn’t open his eyes as Kame wrapped his arms around Jin’s middle.
“Back to sleep” Kame mumbled back. “Too early”
“Hmm” Jin only replied and within seconds soft snores where coming from him. Kame smiled and planted a soft kiss on Jin’s shoulder before he too drifted off to sleep.
“Kazuya!?” Yuya’s voice woke them up a few hours later as he pushed the door open. “You haven’t for-“ he stopped mid-sentence and Kame turned his head around to look at his brother.
“I’ll co-come ba-back la-later” Yuya stammered and backed out of the room. Kame blinked in confusion at the now closed door not understanding Yuya’s reaction at first. Realization hit him first when he felt how Jin’s body started to move next to him a moment later. His eyes shot open widen and panic took over him. He rushed out of bed with the speed of lightning. He had to stop Yuya before he told anyone. He wasn’t ready yet.
“YUYA?!” he shouted on the top of his lungs as he rushed down the stairs. “YUYA WAIT!?”
When he reached the kitchen he was greeted by a grinning mother and a younger brother that still seemed to be in shock. Yuya had obviously already told her because the grin on her face said it all. He was lucky though that his older brothers hadn’t waked up yet and that his father seemed to be still in bed as well.
“I can explain” Kame started as his face started to heat up. This was really not his ideal way of coming out.
“No need to” his mother said and walked over to hug him tightly. “And we won’t tell anyone until you’re ready, right Yuya?”
“Right” Yuya mumbled. “And I’ll never walk into your room whenever Akanishi-kun is over”
“Thanks” Kame sighed with relief when his mother let go of him.
“Now, how about some breakfast?” she asked and started to take out various food items from the refrigerator.
“Sounds super” Jin’s voice came from the doorway and Kame spun around in surprise. His face was shining like the sun even though he still looked kind of slumberous. Kame couldn’t help but smile and before he could stop himself he had planted a soft kiss on Jin’s cheek.
“Please not in front of me” Yuya complained and shielded his eyes. Their mother just chuckled and Jin gave Kame a quizzical look.
“They know about us” Kame mumbled to which Jin only nodded in reply before he padded over to sit down by the kitchen table. Kame figured that lack of reaction from Jin was because the other hadn’t really processed the information yet. He had probably not woken up completely yet. He smiled and sat down next to Jin.
“YOU KNOW?!” Jin suddenly shrieked when a plate of food was placed in front of him. Kame couldn’t help but join in when his mother and brother started laughing at Jin’s late reaction.
