Happy One Year Anniversary to Me!

One year ago on this day I slowly started to get into the Johnny’s fandom. This was the day I for the first time youtubed Arashi and checked them out.

And the reason for checking them out was Hana Yori Dango, that my friend Emma in Scotland showed me when I was visiting her over new years. I fell for Matsumoto’s charm, researched him to see what he had done more, saw that he was in a boyband, and that they sang the intro songs to the drama. A couple of days later I downloaded Gokusen, liked it a lot and then downloaded the second and the third season. Fell in love with Kame and Jin in Gokusen 2, researched them and saw that they were in the same band and from then on the stone was set in rolling. And soon Arashi, KAT-TUN, News, Tegomass and Kanjani8 and some songs from their senpais filled up my most played songs in iTunes (they are still the majority in that list 1: Yorokobi no Uta – KAT-TUN (358 plays), 2: Kizuna – Kamenashi Kazuya (350 plays), 3: Miso Soup – Tegomass (345 plays), 4: Sakura Sake – Arashi (340plays), 5: Week – News(337plays) etc)

What have this one year of being in this fandom brought me?
It have brought me lots of fun (but also a big bad distraction from school work, not that good maybe but as John Lennon once said “Time you enjoy wasting was not wasted”)
I’ve watched about 40 jdramas + a few movies and drama specials.
I’ve started writing fanfictions again, something I hadn’t done for a couple of years. (AKAME & RYODA for the win!)
I’ve gotten into BL/Yaoi outside of the fandom, as in manga and anime.
I’ve met lots of new people.
I’ve gotten my ego boosted by everyone’s kind comments on my fanfictions.
I’ve learned a little, tiny, tiny, tiny bit Japanese XDD
I’ve taken up some stupid mannerisms from my idols. For example I’ve started to laugh with my whole body, like Kame does, clapping my hands etc. and I have started using the peace sign with my fingers the same way as Jin does in Gokusen 2. I do it a lot, and I have no idea when it really started but I guess sometime this summer XP

My friend who showed me Hana Yori Dango had no idea what she was doing. She’s not a fangirl herself and do not listen to any kind of J-pop as far as I know, and she is one of my best friends so I should know. I had no idea either that I would be so into this, but I am not surprised since I have a tendency to get really into things. It’s not the first time it’s happened but I am kind of surprised that I've stayed in this fandom for this long and as far as I can see it doesn’t seem like I will leave it any time soon. It seem like I’m here to stay for a long time ^^

So, now to celebrate this happy day I’m going to, in a little while, update A Place In The Sun, for which I feel bad for not have been able updated in a few weeks now…
And I am also going to update with another one-shot in my Akame fluff series. (^__^)

OMG that's so weird!!! i found out about johnney's boys the SAME way u did! i saw HYD luved matsujun checked him out luved arashi then saw kame n jin in gokusen 2 and fell for them i already knew about newS but never rly looked them up but 1 day i did cuz of yamapi ^___^

hehehe~ i'd watched HYD before and Gokusen before but don't got hooked to them~ but when i saw Kame's One Pound Gospel~ omg i really fell in love and started to stalk him~ and thanks to my friends who guide me all the way just to know them~ and now this FANDOM is my life~~ and will be forever in my heart~

I'm your Idol? You saying that almost made me cry in happiness *(^_^)* That is some of the nicest things anybody have ever told me!

I love One Pound Gospel too!<333 He is just plain adorable in that one, and you get to see him almost naked wish is a great plus XD So sexy! He is my favourite JE boy and always will. There is just something about him that makes me all giddy and warm and yeah (*__*)

~yeah your my idol~ because God gave you talent to write beautiful stories.. you're such an idol~ haha! to tell you i've tried to write stories before but was no good, i just don't have a talent on writing so i just read yours and others...

i've watched the drama so many times~ hahah! i can't count anymore how many it was~ hahah! just my fave... and right now i'm missing Hatanaka again so maybe i'll watch it again later~ and for his upcoming new drama~ i expect to see a more funny and gidly Kazu... and more naked Kazu just like on the original manga~ hahah!

have you watch smapxsmap of KAT-TUN? hahah! he is so funny~ as if he (they) go back on their childhood days~
