This is a list of Works In Process/Stories that might never be finished. I just felt that maybe if I shared small snippets from my list of WIP:s then maybe my inspiration will come back and I'll actually finish them :)
Akame - first story in this fandom and started in February 2009
Jin was standing in front of the vegetables in the grocery store, debating over what kind of veggies he should put in the soup. Suddenly his cell phone started to ring and he answered it.
“Moshi, Moshi, Jin here”
“It’s Yamapi. What are ya doin?” came his best friend’s voice on the other side.
“I’m in the grocery store buying ingredients for soup” Jin answered as he put a couple of onions in a plastic bag.
“Soup? You’re going to make soup from scratch?” Yamapi asked surprised.
“Yeah, well soup is the best thing to eat when you’re sick, right?” Jin said as he continued to place various vegetables into his basket.
“Sick? You don’t sound sick”
“I’m not the one that’s sick, Kamenashi is. He’s lying in my bed unconscious and with a rather high fever” Jin explained, still putting various vegetables into his basket.
“What? Kame is at your place? I had no idea you had started to hang out together again” Yamapi said, with a touch of disbelief in his voice.
“We haven’t, well we hang out, but only when others are around.”
“But then how come he is at your place?”
“I was on my way out when I met him outside my building looking like a drenched kitten. You should have seen him; he looked kind of adorable”
“Adorable? I haven’t heard you saying that about Kame in a long time” Yamapi said with a big smirk on his face, of course Jin couldn’t see this, but he could tell by the tone of his voice.
“Whip that big smirk of yours away” Jin frowned. “And that’s so not the point anyway. So to continue my story. I dragged Kamenashi up to my apartment so that he wouldn’t catch a cold, but obviously it was too late as he collapsed almost instantly after entering my apartment.”
“Sou ka, so why did he come by your building in the first place?”
“He said he was just out walking, and that it was a coincidence.”
“Hmm… well I guess you won’t be able to do something with me and Ryo later then, huh? I mean you’ll be busy playing nurse…”
“Yeah probably, but you guys could come around if you want. Kamenashi will most likely be sleeping, and I’ll be bored out of my mind.”
“Maybe, well, see ya”
“See ya,” And with that the both guys hung up just in time for Jin to pay for the things he had bought.
Akame - started in February 2010
”HEY! Excuse me, what’s your name?!”
Jin who had been just about to get back into his pick-up truck turned his head around to look in the direction of the voice calling out for someone. When he saw a young guy with brown short hair and fashionably dressed in black jeans, a red jacket and a shoulder bag crossing the street and walking straight at him. Jin raised an eyebrow and pointed at himself in confusion.
“Yeah you” the other one nodded as he came closer. “What’s your name?”
“Ah, I’m Akanishi Jin” Jin replied slightly startled.
“Nice to meet you Akanishi-san” the other said bowing his head slightly and gave Jin a smile. “I’m Kamenashi Kazuya”
“Nice to meet you too, Kamenashi-san” Jin replied giving the man a slight look over. Why would someone like this want to know his name? He surely was from a rich family and was most likely a university student.
“So, I was wondering Akanishi-san” Kame said adjusting his shoulder bag slightly. “You’re working class, right?”
“Yeah, I guess you could say that” Jin shrugged; a bit surprised at the blunt question but didn’t feel to comment on it. He pulled out his cell phone from his pocket to check the time and a smile appeared when he saw that it was already time for lunch.
“Great” Kame smiled. “So, maybe you could take me out for lunch. You see I wanna see what it is to live like someone like you”
“Like me?” Jin blinked at the dazzling man in front of him.
“Yeah, you know. Common people like you” the other smiled “You see, I really want to see how it is in the real world.”
“Real world?” Jin repeated rather amused but then asked slightly sceptical at the suggestion: “You want me to show you the real world?”
“Yeah” the other said. “I’ve seen you a few times and you seem like a nice guy so I chose you”
“Oh” Jin didn’t know what to say to that.
“So could you take me to your favourite lunch place?” Kame asked giving Jin a sweet smile and Jin couldn’t do anything but nod in reply.
“Jump into the car” Jin said and opened the door to his truck as the other ran around to the other side of it to get inside as well.
Akame - started in spring 2010
Wanna come over to my
place again tonight?

Kame couldn’t help but smile widely as he read the message that had interrupted him in his work. He re-read the message a few times, a fluttering feeling growing in his stomach, before he replied with a simple yes and a few happy smiling faces.
“Who was it from?” Koki asked from the other side of the CD shelf.
“Nobody in particular” Kame replied trying to force the big smile away from his face. He didn’t want to tell anyone about Jin just yet, not even his best friend and owner of the shop he was working in.
“Nobody must be a very great person if a message from Nobody makes you smile like that” Koki teased taking out a Nirvana CD that had been missed placed by in the R-section to put it back in its right place.
“Shu-“ Kame started but got cut off as his phone beeped again announcing that he had received another message.
Great! Come at 8 and I’ll
have something ready
for us to eat. /Jin
Kame tried but failed badly to not smile as he read the message and then sent of a reply.
“Nobody again?” Koki teased moving between the shelves and back towards the counter where a customer was waiting for assistance.
Kame didn’t bother to reply to his friend with anything other than a glare before he continued to put the CD’s back in their right places.
Akame - started sometime in the summer 2010 (July maybe?)
A loud bang followed by loud laughter rang through the University cafeteria and getting the attention from everyone in the room, including Kamenashi Kazuya. He and his friends turned their head in the direction of the laughter only to see this guy in baggy jeans, washed out T-shirt and long messy hair lying on the floor laughing his head off. Next to him a chair was lying and it made it quite obvious what had just happened. Kame looked at the guy, who he had never seen before, with an amused smile and taking in his whole presence as the guy turned his head to look at everyone around him. Once he was facing Kame’s direction their eyes locked and the guy stopped laughing abruptly. Kame tried to break their eye contact but it seemed like his body didn’t want to cooperate with his mind. It was starting to feel really awkward and especially when the guy then flashed him a bright smile and a wink. Kame blushed furiously and finally managed to tear his eyes away from the guy.
Akame - started in September 2010
If it was something Kame didn’t particularly like, then it was when he and his dogs were disturbed while having their dinner. He enjoyed having his dinner in peace with only the sound of his dogs eating and the radio in the background. It was not that he was a grumpy guy, but living a busy life like he did, this time was important for him. It was a moment for him to calm down and recharge his energy. It wasn’t always easy being the landlord of an apartment building while at the same time working in a big publishing company. He had considered selling the building he had inherited from his grandfather but after a year of managing it he had grown to love the building and most of it inhabitants.
Akame - started in October 2010
When Jin slowly opened his eyes, waking up after a good night’s sleep he found Kame lying next to him staring up into their bedroom ceiling. He seemed to be lost in his own world of thoughts and Jin decided not to disturb him yet for another moment and stayed still in his position as he just watched the other. Every now and then Kame would smile softly and it made Jin curious about what exactly his boyfriend was thinking about.
When he just couldn’t hold back his curiosity anymore he moved over and lifted his upper body up so that his face ended up in Kame’s line of vision. Kame startled slightly at the sudden appearance of Jin but then gave him a soft smile
“Good morning” he said softly as his left hand moved up to tangle itself in Jin’s messy hair. Jin smiled back and then leaned down to capture Kame’s lips in a gentle morning kiss.
“What were you thinking about?” Jin asked as he pulled back from the kiss and moved to lie back down next to Kame again.
“The past and the future” Kame replied as he turned his body around to face Jin again. “I was thinking about what I’d want you to do when we get old and if I happen to lose my memory - you know get senile or something like that”
“And that made you smile why?” Jin was confused. How could thoughts like that make such soft and loving smiles appear on his boyfriends face?
Akame and Ryo/Jin/Yamapi friendship - started this year in January
“What is that?” Ryo asked in disbelief when he opened the door to his apartment to let Jin inside. “And what is it doing here”
“This is Kame’s niece” Jin smiled and pushed the girl forward. “I’m sorry I had to bring her. Kame was suppose to babysit her but gotta a call out for a meeting.”
She looked up at Ryo but quickly redirected her eyes at the floor and grabbed a hold of Jin’s leg, clenching his jeans rather tightly.
“You can’t be serious” Yamapi said coming up from behind Ryo and then kneeled down so that his face was at the same level as the girl. “Hi, my name is Yamashita but you can call me Yamapi if you want”
She glanced at him and gave him a shy smile. “Hi”
Yamapi smiled back and then he reached out to cover the girl’s ears as he turned his face up to Jin. “But seriously what were you thinking Jin? Bringing her here? It won’t be fun for her and most importantly we won’t be able to do what this evening is all about; getting drunk and talk about sex and other important things in life”
“It’ll be fine. She’ll fall asleep soon enough, it’s her bedtime in just an hour or so” Jin said and unwrapped himself from his scarf. “And when she’s fast asleep we can talk about whatever we want, but we probably shouldn’t drink too much”
“Kame’s going to kill you for taking her here” Ryo shook his head in disbelief over Jin’s stupidity.
“No he won’t.” Jin pushed Yamapi’s hands away from the girl as he kneeled down next to her. “Kame already knows you’re meeting Ryo and Pi tonight, doesn’t he?”
“Yes” she replied and looked between them all before stopping to look at Ryo. “Do you have any juice, Ryo-san? I’m kind of thirsty”
“Uh, yeah, sure” Ryo blinked in bewilderment over the sudden question. “I’ll go and get some for you right away”
Ryoda - started December 2009
Ryo scanned the area as he stepped into the bar. Outside the wind was blowing and small white snowflakes were dancing in it. He rubbed his hands together to heat them up as he looked after Jin and Yamapi. They had decided to meet up for some drinks after a hectic day of work. The bar was quite filled up with people but he couldn’t see Jin or Yamapi anywhere. He shrugged as he made his way towards the bar disk, he might as well order something to drink while he waited for them to arrive.
“A glass of scotch with ice please” he said placing his order to the bartender while sitting down on an empty barstool. He scanned the room again just to make sure that he hadn’t missed them but no, they were nowhere to be seen. The bartender placed the glass in front of him and the glass made a soft clink as it touched the wooden surface.
“Thanks” Ryo nodded at the bartender and grabbed the glass putting it to his lips. The strong liquid ran down his throat warming his whole body up. In the background some American Christmas songs were playing setting the mood for the season.
“Sitting and drinking all by yourself Nishikido?” A voice came from Ryo’s left side and he turned to face whoever was talking to him.
“Oh, it’s only you Ueda” Ryo said with a frown as he took in the sight of the older man next to him. “And, no I’m not sitting here drinking by myself. I’m simply waiting for Jin and Yamapi to show up so could you please leave me alone now”
“Jin?” Ueda raised an eyebrow “I thought he was going to spend the night with Kame.”
“No, he’s going to hang out with Yamapi and me. We decided that a week ago” Ryo said taking another sip from his drink.
“But I’m pretty certain I heard Jin and Kame making plans on what to do together after practice today” Ueda said “So I guess that means you’re being dumped”
“I’m not being dumped.”Ryo glared at Ueda “Even if Jin won’t show up I won’t be alone since Yamapi’s coming.”
“True” Ueda simply said and turned away.

Kame had noticed the change in Ueda’s mood and behaviour over the last couple of months. Noticed the way the older one seemed to slowly disappears into his shell and keep everyone at a distance. Ueda’s smile, the rare times it would appear, never seemed genuine any more and didn’t reach his eyes. Kame had tried to get the other to open up, to talk to him about what was troubling him but Ueda had dismissed Kame’s attempts, trying to fool Kame that he had no idea what he was talking about.
Kame wanted to know what it was, he wanted to help his friend and he knew he wasn’t the only one. The rest of KAT-TUN had surely noticed the change in their friend and group member, because it was so apparent that not even Taguchi could’ve been unaware of the change of atmosphere surrounding Ueda. The change had started that day almost two months ago on when Ueda came into work two hours late, not haven picked up anyone’s phone call, looking like he had not slept in days. Throughout the whole day he hadn’t said a single complete sentence, only given single worded answers if at all speaking.
Even though Kame was more than aware that Ueda had gotten himself into a loop of negative thoughts, shutting himself away from the rest of the world and letting his troubles slowly eating him up from the inside, there was no chance that he would have been prepared for what he encountered that afternoon together with Jin.
MaruMass aka Nakamaru x Masuda - started in July 2010
Masuda woke up to a flash of lightning in his bedroom and the whole room shaking. With his mind still dazed with sleep he took in the sight in front of him. In the middle of his bedroom stood a man dressed in blue overall and a red cap dusting of his clothes. Masuda blinked his eyes a few times as he sat up in his bed to make sure he wasn’t hallucinating but the man was there everytime his eyes reopened.
“Who are you?” He asked hesitatingly looking the man up and down.
“Don’t you recognize your own friend?” The man replied sounding slightly disappointed. The voiced sounded familiar to him and after taking a closer look on the man’s face he recognized who it was.
“Yuichi-kun?” Masuda’s eyes grew big as plates. “Why are you dressed like super Mario?”
“It’s my persona.” Nakamaru said smiling as he walked up to the bed and sat down.
“Persona?” his friends reply had not made Masuda any wiser.
“Superhero persona” Nakamaru developed his answer. “This is what I look like whenever I’m called out to help”
“You’re a superhero?” Masuda had to laugh at that. “You? You, who are scared of almost everything?”
“That’s just a cover up” Nakamaru said seemingly not offended at all. “If I act like a chicken then no one will suspect me for being a hero”
“Oh, that’s kinda smart” Masuda stopped laughing “So what are you doing here?”
“I need help with something” the other said and took out a mushroom from his pocket. “There’s a giant pumpkin making a big mess in Yokohama and nothing I do seem to bite on him.”
KameTego - started in December 2009
The first time it happened, Kame didn’t think much about it. Neither did he think much about it when it happened a second time or a third time or a forth or a fifth. But when it continued on throughout the whole Dream Boy period Kame couldn’t really ignore it any longer. He couldn’t just ignore the way Tegoshi let his hand brush over his ass and sometimes even give him a soft squeeze but always acting as if nothing had happened afterwards. This together with the way Tegoshi was always flirting with him had slowly started to make Kame think that maybe, just maybe the other had a crush on him.
KameTego - started in spring 2010.
Kame looked over at the couch from where he was standing in the doorway. He smiled at how engrossed Tegoshi seemed to be by what was happening on the TV. It wasn’t the first time Tegoshi had been to his place, but it was the first time they were the only ones there. The first time it had been the two of them plus Subaru and lots of off age juniors and the last time it Uchi had been with them.

“Sitting and drinking all by yourself Nishikido?” A voice came from Ryo’s left side and he turned to face whoever was talking to him.
“Oh, it’s only you Ueda” Ryo said with a frown as he took in the sight of the older man next to him. “And, no I’m not sitting here drinking by myself. I’m simply waiting for Jin and Yamapi to show up so could you please leave me alone now”
“Jin?” Ueda raised an eyebrow “I thought he was going to spend the night with Kame.”
“No, he’s going to hang out with Yamapi and me. We decided that a week ago” Ryo said taking another sip from his drink.
“But I’m pretty certain I heard Jin and Kame making plans on what to do together after practice today” Ueda said “So I guess that means you’re being dumped”
“I’m not being dumped.”Ryo glared at Ueda “Even if Jin won’t show up I won’t be alone since Yamapi’s coming.”
“True” Ueda simply said and turned away.

hibinoasami (sorry for not haven finished this yet m(-____-)m)Kame had noticed the change in Ueda’s mood and behaviour over the last couple of months. Noticed the way the older one seemed to slowly disappears into his shell and keep everyone at a distance. Ueda’s smile, the rare times it would appear, never seemed genuine any more and didn’t reach his eyes. Kame had tried to get the other to open up, to talk to him about what was troubling him but Ueda had dismissed Kame’s attempts, trying to fool Kame that he had no idea what he was talking about.
Kame wanted to know what it was, he wanted to help his friend and he knew he wasn’t the only one. The rest of KAT-TUN had surely noticed the change in their friend and group member, because it was so apparent that not even Taguchi could’ve been unaware of the change of atmosphere surrounding Ueda. The change had started that day almost two months ago on when Ueda came into work two hours late, not haven picked up anyone’s phone call, looking like he had not slept in days. Throughout the whole day he hadn’t said a single complete sentence, only given single worded answers if at all speaking.
Even though Kame was more than aware that Ueda had gotten himself into a loop of negative thoughts, shutting himself away from the rest of the world and letting his troubles slowly eating him up from the inside, there was no chance that he would have been prepared for what he encountered that afternoon together with Jin.
MaruMass aka Nakamaru x Masuda - started in July 2010
Masuda woke up to a flash of lightning in his bedroom and the whole room shaking. With his mind still dazed with sleep he took in the sight in front of him. In the middle of his bedroom stood a man dressed in blue overall and a red cap dusting of his clothes. Masuda blinked his eyes a few times as he sat up in his bed to make sure he wasn’t hallucinating but the man was there everytime his eyes reopened.
“Who are you?” He asked hesitatingly looking the man up and down.
“Don’t you recognize your own friend?” The man replied sounding slightly disappointed. The voiced sounded familiar to him and after taking a closer look on the man’s face he recognized who it was.
“Yuichi-kun?” Masuda’s eyes grew big as plates. “Why are you dressed like super Mario?”
“It’s my persona.” Nakamaru said smiling as he walked up to the bed and sat down.
“Persona?” his friends reply had not made Masuda any wiser.
“Superhero persona” Nakamaru developed his answer. “This is what I look like whenever I’m called out to help”
“You’re a superhero?” Masuda had to laugh at that. “You? You, who are scared of almost everything?”
“That’s just a cover up” Nakamaru said seemingly not offended at all. “If I act like a chicken then no one will suspect me for being a hero”
“Oh, that’s kinda smart” Masuda stopped laughing “So what are you doing here?”
“I need help with something” the other said and took out a mushroom from his pocket. “There’s a giant pumpkin making a big mess in Yokohama and nothing I do seem to bite on him.”
KameTego - started in December 2009
The first time it happened, Kame didn’t think much about it. Neither did he think much about it when it happened a second time or a third time or a forth or a fifth. But when it continued on throughout the whole Dream Boy period Kame couldn’t really ignore it any longer. He couldn’t just ignore the way Tegoshi let his hand brush over his ass and sometimes even give him a soft squeeze but always acting as if nothing had happened afterwards. This together with the way Tegoshi was always flirting with him had slowly started to make Kame think that maybe, just maybe the other had a crush on him.
KameTego - started in spring 2010.
Kame looked over at the couch from where he was standing in the doorway. He smiled at how engrossed Tegoshi seemed to be by what was happening on the TV. It wasn’t the first time Tegoshi had been to his place, but it was the first time they were the only ones there. The first time it had been the two of them plus Subaru and lots of off age juniors and the last time it Uchi had been with them.
