Disclaimer: I own nothing but the plot.
A/N: So, this story was also inspired by a dream I had a while ago in which I dreamt that Kamenashi was a yoga teacher and I found that thought to intriguing to not make a story of it XD
All the yoga talk in this are things that I have experienced myself or gotten to know about through my mother. She’s been practising yoga for about 30 years and is a Kundalini yoga teacher since about a year back. So I am somewhat knowledge about this all and that, I think, will make this story more believable somehow.
I hope you will all enjoy reading this :D

He took in the room he had just stepped into with slight scepticism. He couldn’t really believe that he had been talked into join a beginner’s course in Yoga but his one and only female friend Keiko had told him that it would do his back well. He knew he shouldn’t have complained about his back pain to her the moment the word yoga had slipped through her lips. He had cringed at her suggestion but she was one stubborn woman and before he knew it she had signed him up for weekly classes.

The room he had entered was dimly lit and at least twenty yoga mats were rolled out on the floor, a few of them were already occupied by women lying down on their backs with their eyes closed. The teacher didn’t seem to be present at the moment he noted and was just to step further into the room when a hand clapped down on his right shoulder.

“You came” Keiko smiled and he groaned, what was she doing here?

“Yes, you’d already have me pay for the course and I don’t like wasting my money” he replied with a frown. “What are you doing here?”

“I’ve never tried this kind of yoga before so I decided to try it out too” she said and then pulled him by the arm to the front row of mats where two spots were free.

“There are different kinds of yoga?” he asked as she pushed him down to sit on the mat.

“Yes, many different forms.” She nodded as laid down on her mat and closed her eyes. “This is supposed to be one of the best ones and great for beginners. Lie down and relax until the teacher arrives”

He didn’t say anything in reply but did as she said and lay down. He closed his eyes as well and tried his best to relax but he was too nervous and was too self-conscious to really do so. He couldn’t help but feel extremely ridiculous about being there.

“If you all would please slowly get up in sitting position” a soft voice suddenly interrupted his nervous silent ranting and he quickly opened his eyes. He blinked a few times before he sat up and when his eyes fell on the teacher just sitting a few feet away from him they almost bugged out in surprise. The teacher was a guy and a very good and young looking guy at that. He was dressed all in white, light clothes that most likely made of linen cloth and to top it off he had a white scarf loosely wrapped around his neck. Yamapi had seriously not expected a teacher looking as divine as that.

“My name is Kamenashi Kazuya” the guy started to introduce himself to the group and Yamapi threw a glance around the room and saw that all the mats were occupied now by women of all ages, the oldest one looked like she might be over 80. “And I’ll be your teacher through this course. I’ve been practising yoga since I was a teenager but have only been teaching it for about 2 years...”

Yamapi found himself being unable to really pay any more attention to what Kamenashi was telling them as his eyes glued themselves to the other’s lips and the way they were moving as he spoke. They looked soft, and kind of had the colour of raspberry sorbet, Yamapi’s favourite. It made him feel kind of hungry and not only for food. He wondered if the lips would taste like raspberries too or if it was just the colour they had in common with the berry.

He didn’t get out from his trance like state when Keiko reached out and softly nudged him in the shoulder with her fist. He turned his face to glare at her but she just grinned at him before they both turned to face Kamenashi again.

“We will start this session by first tune in with a short mantra.” Kamenashi said as he gazed out over everyone in the room. “This is something you always do in this yoga form and we’ll do this by pressing our palms together and press our thumbs up against our sternum.” He pressed his hands together and Yamapi followed to do the same. “And then we will sing together “Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo” which you can roughly translate to “I call upon divine wisdom”. We will repeat this phrase three times and we’re doing this to open up ourselves and get in contact with our own inner energy and wisdom. So everyone close your eyes and let us all tune in together.”

Yamapi closed his eyes and soon the sound of several voices, in which Kamenashi’s sounded the loudest, was ringing through the room. Yamapi felt ridiculous doing something like this and kept his voice as low as possible, he wasn’t even sure himself if any sound actually was coming from him. He could hear Keiko’s voice from next to him though and she was singing loudly.

“Okay, good” Kamenashi said after they had finished with the tune in and when Yamapi opened his eyes he was greeted by a soft smile decorating the teacher’s face. “Now that we’ve opened up our inner wisdom we will continue on with first doing some warm ups and then we will have a short rest. We will throughout the whole session take short rests between every exercise and then in the end we will have a longer rest followed by meditation with mantra singing”

Was this for real? This would be a piece of cake and especially with all that resting.

*

He was wrong. The next day when he got out of bed his thighs was aching with a dull pain and so were his upper arms. The exercises had been harder than he thought but the hardest part though had been to keep his mind focused when Kamenashi was demonstrating for them. In one special exercise Kamenashi’s wonderful ass had been just in Yamapi’s line of vision. He had been lying with his ass in full view of Yamapi’s hungry eyes and his legs pressed against his chest before he had pushed his legs out straight into a 45° angle and then pushed his legs back against his chest. This put some amazing but not so appropriate images in his mind that he had to fight back. The fact that there were no visible lines off any kind of underwear when the fabric was stretching over the curve of Kamenashi’s ass made the images even more vivid.

“You look beat” Jin, his best friend and roommate, commented as Yamapi sat down by the kitchen table.

“Stupid yoga” Yamapi mumbled in reply and reached for the coffee pot to pour himself some.

“Ah, that’s right” Jin’s not even trying to hold back his laughter. “You’ve started with yoga. I can’t believe you actually went”

Yamapi glared at his friend from behind his coffee cup and then smirked. “Well at least the teacher’s hot so it won’t be too unbearable to attend every class”

“The teacher’s a guy?” Jin stopped laughing to look at Yamapi with bewildered eyes.

“Uhu” Yamapi nodded. “I’m sure that even you’d want to jump him if you saw him because he’s actually that hot.”

“I don’t believe you” Jin huffed obviously feeling grumpy that there was something that was benefiting Yamapi with this whole silly yoga issue. If it was something Jin enjoyed in life it was teasing his best friend. That and having sex with hot chicks.

Yamapi stopped himself in the last second from suggesting that Jin should drop him off the next week and just see for himself and instead just continued to sip on his coffee. He didn’t actually want to see if his earlier statement was true and wanted to keep Kamenashi for himself.

*

Yamapi continued to attend the classes and his mind got filled with more and more fantasies about him and Kamenashi together. Some of them were of a very sexual nature but he found himself just as often fantasising about just talking and walking or just sitting next to Kamenashi sharing a comfortable silence. These fantasies didn’t come alone though, they came with a bunch of fluttering butterflies that made their selves comfortable in the pit of his stomach and could stay there for long moments of time.

*

“You should talk to him” Keiko suggested one day after another class several weeks later, during which Yamapi had found himself being able put his shoulders to actually rest flat against the floor when they were lying in the cat stretch pose. He had been pleasantly surprised that he had actually become that much more flexible in just a few weeks time.

“Who?” Yamapi pretended like he was totally clueless as he got up from the floor but by the look on Keiko’s face she was not buying it.

“You know who” she smirked and glanced over at where Kamenashi was gathering his things together.

“Why should I?” Yamapi asked but couldn’t stop the butterflies in his stomach to flutter as he thought about speaking to the teacher.

“Be-“ Keiko started but was interrupted by Kamenashi’s voice calling out to them and they both turned their faces to look at him.

“I’m sorry” Kamenashi gave them all a soft smile “but I totally forgot to ask you all something...”

*

“You what?” Jin asked in disbelief and almost choked on his pasta with tomato sauce. “I knew you had a major crush on this yoga dude but I didn’t know you’d go this far. You’re actually going away for a whole weekend to do yoga all day long just to be close to him. That’s crazy” Jin shook his head disapprovingly.

“I know, but I didn’t think clearly and before I knew it I had written down my name on the list” Yamapi sighed and then smiled. “He looked really happy though when I signed my name first on the list.”

“Of course he’d be happy. He’s fooling you out of your money”

“No, he’s not.” Yamapi said deafeningly. “I’m actually starting to kind of like yoga”

“Yeah, because you have a major crush on the teacher” Jin mocked and poured another spoon of sugar into his cup.

“Yes well that’s true” Yamapi couldn’t argue against it since it was most definitely true. “But I really do kind of enjoy it now and my back pain is gone. My back really feels stronger”

“Oh, well it’s your weekend” Jin sighed. “And I guess it’d be better that you’re away anyway since Anna is visiting”

“Anna?” Yamapi looked over at Jin with slight bewilderment. He recognized the name but then again, there were probably be a dozen girls that Jin knew with that name.

“The language student from Norway that we met in Okinawa during New Years” Jin replied leaning back against his chair and tilted it slightly backwards so that it was standing on two legs.

“You kept in contact with her?” Yamapi was surprised even though she had been a pretty girl, even he could agree to that, but Jin usually never kept in contact with the girls he’d laid. Unless they’d been friends before they ended up in bed that was.

“Yeah, she was great in bed” Jin smirked but Yamapi could tell there was something more. He raised an inquiring eyebrow at his best friend and within seconds Jin’s cheeks were tainted with a natural shade of pink. “And okay, I kind of like her too. She’s fun to talk to and have a nice voice and personality”

Yamapi just gave his friend a big grin. It had been a long time since Jin really liked someone.

*

Yamapi woke up by an elbow hitting him hard in the ribs and he winced at the pain as he opened his eyes to glare at Keiko.

“What?” he spit out.

“We’re here” she answered not showing any sign that she noticed that he was annoyed with her as she got up from her seat.

“Oh” Yamapi looked around him in the bus and saw how everyone else had started to get up and off the bus. A few rows up front he saw Kamenashi talking to an older man that looked twice the other’s age. Yamapi had never seen that man before so he figured it must be someone from another more advanced class or maybe even a teacher. Kamenashi was smiling softly as he reached for his bag in the luggage compartment while still paying attention to what the other was saying.

“Stop staring like a fool and get up” Keiko pulled Yamapi by the sleeve of his shirt. “I hope you’ll do something about your crush this weekend”

“Be quite” Yamapi hissed hitting Keiko on the shoulder to shut her up. She didn’t have to announce the whole bus about his crush.

“Okay, okay” she hissed back as she rubbed the place where Yamapi had hit her. “But if you don’t make the best use of this weekend then I will be really disappointed in you.”

When everyone had gotten off the bus, Yamapi learned that the older man was one of the teachers and that his name was Watanabe Shin and that he house they were staying at belonged to his family. It was a big house, more like a manor, and it was beautiful, especially with all the cheery tree’s blooming around it. There was one other teacher there, a woman that seemed to about the same age as Kamenashi, but Yamapi forgot her name just seconds after she had been introduced. It wasn’t like he really cared about getting to know her anyway and he would probably not talk to her even once this weekend. After the introduction and small welcome speech they were told which room they would stay in and with whom they’d share it. Since there weren’t many guys, actually Yamapi was the only guy that wasn’t a teacher; he was put into a room together with Kamenashi while Watanabe would sleep in his own room. It made Yamapi slightly nervous that he would be living so close to Kamenashi for the next couple of days but it’d be a great way to get to know the other. It would be easier to strike up a conversation.

“Yamashita-san?” Kamenashi smiled and looked in Yamapi’s direction when everyone started to move around to get into the house. “Shin-san said our room is on the second floor. We should get up and get ready for the first yoga session”

Yamapi nodded and picked up his duffle bag from the ground and slung it over his shoulder before he walked up to Kamenashi.

“What exactly will we be doing this weekend?” Yamapi asked stopping next to Kamenashi.

“We will have two long yoga sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening.” Kamenashi replied as he slowly started to walk up the few steps that lead to the front door. “The one in the morning will start at 5.30-”

“5.30?” Yampi choked out in shock over the early hour. He never was up at that hour unless he had just gotten back home from a night out.

“I’ll help you get up if you’re worried about it” Kamenashi reassured. “I’m used to getting up early and start my day like that”

“Oh, good” Yamapi glanced over at Kamenashi as they entered through the door and got into the house. “But just so you know I can be pretty hard to wake up”

“I’m sure I’ll get you up one way or another” Kamenashi said and Yamapi thought that he might’ve seen a smirk ghosting over the other’s face. “I’m glad, but a bit surprised that you decided to join in on this weekend”

“Ah, well” Yamapi scratched the back of his head with his free hand and tried to come up with a good enough lie about why he was there but Kamenashi didn’t wait for a proper reply from Yamapi as he continued to speak.

“As you can see there are mostly women here” Kame gestured with his hand towards all of the women in the hallway they were walking down to get to the stairs to the second floor. “Not that I mind women, I enjoy spending time and talking to women, but it’s nice to have someone of the same gender to converse with.” He glanced over at Yamapi again and Yamapi thought he saw a spark in the other’s eyes for a brief second.

“What about Watanabe-san?” Yamapi asked taking a hold of the railing as they reached the stairs.

“What about him?” Kamenashi asked back.

“He’s a guy” Yamapi said a bit hesitant. “Don’t you enjoy talking to him?”

“Of course I do. He’s my uncle and the one who got me into yoga when my back started to hurt from too much baseball practice” Kamenashi smiled. “But it’s not the same talking to a guy in the 50’s as it is talking to someone my own age”

“You played baseball?” Yamapi couldn’t imagine the other one out on a baseball field and with a bat in his hand.

“Play” Kamenashi corrected. “I still play whenever I have some free time.” He smiled again and then pointed at a door as they reached the top of the stairs. “Ah, I think that’s our room”

*

Yamapi stretched his arms above his head as his body slowly got out from its deep meditational state. He glanced around the room and first caught Keiko’s eyes briefly before he caught Kamenashi’s. The other guy smiled at him and Yamapi couldn’t help but smile back as he together with everyone else started to get up from the floor. It was soon time for dinner and Yamapi really couldn’t wait for the food to be ready. He hadn’t had any food since before they left Tokyo and that was over 5 hours ago.

“What’s on the menu?” he asked when Kamenashi came up next to him.

“Vegetable and tofu soup” the other answered while straightening out his white line clothe shirt. “Wanna help me out with preparing it?”

“Of course he wants” Keiko who had joined them said and clamped down a hand on Yamapi’s shoulder and squeezed it slightly as if daring him to go against her. Not that he would, because the prospect at working next to Kamenashi in the kitchen sounded close to heaven.

“Yeah, sounds fun” Yamapi nodded and Keiko let go of his shoulder.

“Good, you wanna join in too?” Kamenashi asked but Keiko was quick to decline, saying that she had promised to give her boyfriend a call. Yamapi knew that it was just an excuse to get the two of them alone because as far as Yamapi knew Keiko didn’t have a boyfriend.

“Let’s go then. The kitchen’s this way” Kamenashi said and casually grabbed Yamapi by the wrist to pull him along with him. The touch was sudden but not unwelcomed and it sent jolts of electricity to rush up through his arm and throughout his whole body.

*

“It already smells delicious” Yamapi said as he was cutting the shitake mushrooms into smaller pieces.

“It does, doesn’t it?” Kamenashi smiled and lifted the top of the pot to stir the half done soup. “My mother taught me how to make this soup”

“You enjoy cooking?” Yamapi asked finishing of the mushrooms and put them aside.

“I love it. Next to baseball and yoga I think it’s my biggest interest” Kamenashi smiled and put the top back on. “How about you?”

“I enjoy cooking but whether or not I am good at it is to be questioned.” Yamapi gave the other a lopsided smile. “Jin doesn’t enjoy my food very much but I think he’s just saying that to mock me because he always eats it all”

“Jin?” Kamenashi asked tentatively and Yamapi blinked once in confusion at the tone in Kamenashi’s voice.

“Yeah, Jin” Yamapi nodded. “He’s my best friend and we are currently sharing an apartment”

“Ah” Kamenashi said but it sounded like a sigh of relief to Yamapi. They fell silent for a moment, and Yamapi felt a bit awkward as he started to cut the tofu into pieces.

“It’s boiling” Kamenashi said a couple of minutes later and lifted the top of the pot and lowered the temperature on the stove plate. “Are you ready with the tofu and the shitake mushrooms?”

Yamapi didn’t reply but simply came over with the cutting boards to scrape the last ingredients into the big pot.

“Now we just have to wait for about half an hour before it’s done” Kamenashi said putting the top back on when Yamapi was finished.

“That long?” Yamapi close to shrieked. He was going to starve to death if he had to wait that long.

“Have a carrot while you wait” Kamenashi picked one out from the bag still lying on the big wooden table and tossed it to Yamapi.

“Thanks” Yamapi caught it gracefully. Kamenashi just smiled as he started to nibble on one for himself and sat down by the table. Yamapi joined him and they fell silent again, this time it didn’t feel as awkward though and as Kamenashi seemed to lose himself in deep thoughts Yamapi discretely linger on the other.

The other really was better looking than most guys Yamapi had ever had the chance to meet in his life, and he was definitely more intriguing. From the way he was dressing, putting his hair up with a hairclip to get it out of his way and his graceful movements as he exercised yoga or just simply walked around. And then he had learned that Kamenashi actually was crazy about baseball which had more than surprised him because nothing in his out appearance revealed that. There was probably a lot more that would surprise him about this guy as he got to know him further.

“What are you looking at?” Kamenashi suddenly said but didn’t turn his head to face Yamapi.

“Nothing” Yamapi got flustered getting up from his chair and walked over to the stove to check on the soup. “How much longer?” he asked lifting the top of to peer inside.

“I’d think about 10” Kamenashi replied and suddenly Yamapi felt a warm body press slightly against his side as the other came up to stand next to him. “Put the top back on and let it be or you’ll spoil it”

Kamenashi reached out putting his hand on top of Yamapi’s and brought the top back to the pot. Yamapi didn’t know how to react to the contact so he just stayed still and let it happen while he felt how his heart started to beat faster and threatened to jump out of his chest. Kamenashi didn’t let go of Yamapi’s hand when the top was in place though and instead turned their hands around and looked down on Yamapi’s palm. He slowly started to stroke Yamapi’s palm with the tip of his other hands index finger.

“You have a strong heart line” Kamenashi smiled and looked up to see Yamapi right in the eyes.

“Huh?” Yamapi looked down at his palm and then back up at Kamenashi. “You do palm reading too?”

“Not really” Kamenashi trailed the line in Yamapi’s hand with his finger. “But this means you have a good heart, I think”

“What are you two doing?” Keiko’s voice came from the door way and they both turned around to face her. Kamenashi didn’t let go of Yamapi’s hand though and Yamapi knew that Keiko had noticed their interlocked hands. She was smirking at them, a smirk that reached her eyes and made Yamapi feel very self-conscious.

“Kitagawa-san” Kamenashi smiled. “Was everything alright with your boyfriend?”

“Huh?” Keiko looked bewildered for a second before she composed herself and smiled. “Yes, everything’s just fine with my boyfriend”

“That’s good” Kamenashi said and then let go of Yamapi’s hand but not before he had squeezed it softly first.

*

Yamapi turned around to get away from whatever it was that was poking him in the ribs and disturbing his sleep. He wanted to sleep more and sleep more was what he was going to do. He grumbled and reached out to pull the blanket up further only to have the blanket snapped away from him completely. He shivered, pulling his knees up to press them against his chest and wrap his arms around them to keep as much warmth as possible.

“Good morning. It’s time to get up”

“What huh?” Yamapi opened his eyes in confusion and rolled over and was met by a smiling Kamenashi already dressed in his white line shirt and trousers. He had forgotten that he wasn’t at home but memories from the day before came rushing back to him. The two of them cooking together, Kamenashi holding his hand, Kamenashi undressing himself confidentially until he was only clad in his boxers and got into bed and he, himself trying to keep himself as un-aroused as possible as he got into his own bed. It had been hard because Kamenashi’s body was leaner, and more beautiful than Yamapi could even have imagined.

“You have fifteen minutes to get ready before the first yoga of the day”

“We don’t get breakfast first?” Yamapi asked slowly stretching out his body on the bed.

“Of course not” Kamenashi chuckled; dropping the blanket down on Yamapi’s outstretched legs. “You should know by now that yoga is done on a somewhat empty stomach”

Yamapi sighed, rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and sat up.

“Don’t sigh like that.” Kamenashi patted Yamapi’s shoulder. “It’ll make you grow older faster and anyway, think about how much better the breakfast will taste afterwards”

Yamapi just huffed as he reached out for his bag lying next to his bed to take out his clothes.

Breakfast was heaven and Yamapi didn’t even mind that it had consisted of oatmeal porridge, which he wasn’t really a fan of, fresh fruit and yogi tea. No coffee was provided. He had eaten with his heart content and it had amused the world out of Keiko and she had not held back her comments about it either. It had made the women sitting by their table giggle but Yamapi had been too hungry to care about that as well. All he had had on his mind was to fill his hungry and empty stomach with food so that he wouldn’t die before he figured out more about Kamenashi and the way he was acting around him.

“What’s happening after breakfast?” Yamapi asked when he finally was feeling full and glanced between Keiko and the other women sitting by their table. He didn’t miss noticing that Kamenashi was sitting by a table close by and in perfect line of his eyes.

“I think we’re just suppose to relax and do whatever we feel like until lunch at 12” a girl with bleached blonde hair next to Yamapi answered.

“Really?” Yamapi didn’t know why but he felt kind of disappointed.

“Don’t worry I’m sure you’ll still get a chance to get to know Ka-“ Yamapi was quick to cover Keiko’s mouth and stop her from letting the whole table know about his crush on their teacher. The others around the table gave them a curious and amused look but none of them said anything. They just continued on with finish up their own breakfast bowls. He removed his hand from Keiko’s mouth and then threw another glance at Kamenashi only to see that the other was getting up from his chair. Yamapi shot up from his own seat and picked up the empty bowl and cup before he followed Kamenashi into the kitchen.

Kamenashi was already busy cleaning up his things when Yamapi entered the kitchen.

“Hey” he said putting down his things on the counter next to the sink. Kamenashi looked up from what he was doing and then smiled at Yamapi.

“Hey” he replied and then reached for Yamapi’s bowl. Yamapi tried to protest when he realized that Kamenashi was about to do his dishes as well. It was mostly out of politeness but Kamenashi ignored his protests and soon both their bowls and cups were standing in the dish rack.

“Wanna come with me on a stroll in the forest?” Kamenashi asked as he dried his hands with a dish towel. “The beautiful spring weather is just calling for me”

Yamapi threw a glance out the window out of habit before he answered. “Yeah, sounds nice.” He smiled. “Anyone else coming with us?” he hoped not.

“I haven’t asked but if you want we cou-“

“No” Yamapi was quick to answer before Kamenashi was able to finish his sentence. “I mean, I’m fine with just the two of us if you are”

Kamenashi just smiled at that and grabbed Yamapi by the wrist. “Come on let’s go then before anyone else sees us and invites themselves to join us”

*

“Where did you two disappear to?” Keiko leaned in and whispered in Yamapi’s ear later when he was standing in the line for lunch.

He and Kamenashi had come back just in time for the food to be eaten after a long stroll in the woods surrounding the house. Kamenashi had shared childhood memories of coming there to visit some old relative that used to live in the house before they’d passed away a few years ago. He’d told him about building huts and playing samurais in the woods with his brothers and cousins. As he had spoken he had gotten a special spark in his eyes and it had been obvious to Yamapi that those memories were very precious to the other. A few times during their hours long walk Kamenashi had causally taken his hand in his and held it as if it was the most natural thing to do. Yamapi had stiffened the first time it happened but as Kamenashi just continued on with talking he had slowly relaxed and just enjoyed the warmth of the other’s hand in his.

“Just out walking” Yamapi replied picking up a plate from the pile on the table in the kitchen.

“It’s obvious he likes you”

Yamapi didn’t need to look at Keiko to know that she was smirking and he knew she was right. It was pretty obvious that Kamenashi liked him and it made Yamapi feel overly giddy.

“You should bring in the big moves” Keiko nudged him in the back with her elbow.

Yamapi promptly ignore her in favour of filling his plate with food; rice with bean and vegetable casserole. It smelled delicious.

“I’ll be disappointed with you if you two haven’t kissed by the time we’re going back tomorrow”

“I don’t care” Yamapi shrugged trying to act casual about it but in his mind he hoped there would be a kiss.

*

The rest of the day went by slowly and nothing much happened. Yamapi didn’t spend any more time alone with Kamenashi but he caught the other looking at him more than just a few times and sometimes it’d be the other way around; Kamenashi catching him. It didn’t make Yamapi feeling embarrassed though and Kamenashi didn’t seem embarrassed either. He was probably aware of the fact that Yamapi liked him back and that made the whole situation all the more unbearable for Yamapi. He was wishing for an opportunity for them to get away and just kiss already but not once did they get to be left alone. They should just have kissed during their walk in the forest he thought. It’d been kind of romantic but somehow it’d never felt like the right moment during the actual walk.

*

Yamapi stepped into their room after he had taken a shower and preparing himself for bed expecting Kamenashi to be there. The other had taken a shower before him so he was surprised when he saw that the other’s bed was empty. It was almost 11pm and for them to be fit for yoga early the next morning then they really should be getting their sleep soon. He threw his wet towel in a heap on the floor before he turned around and walked out of the room again. He was determined to find out where Kamenashi was hiding.

It didn’t take much time for Yamapi to find him and when he did it was outside, on the terrace that was facing the back garden. Kamenashi was standing completely still and looked out over the garden. Yamapi smiled and pushed the glass door open carefully as to not make too much noise and disturb the other. The air outside was cold and it made him shiver slightly. It sure wasn’t the right season to be outside in only boxers and t-shirt. He crossed his arm across his chest and rubbed the upper arms and work up some heat. He didn’t say anything as he came to stop next to Kamenashi and they stood silent side by side for a short moment.

“It’s cold we should go back inside” Yamapi broke the silence and the other smiled but didn’t turn to face him.

“In a moment”

“What are you doing here anyway?” Yamapi wondered out loudly. Sure it was a beautiful night, if you looked up into the sky you could see the stars and the half moon was casting a light glow over the cherry trees in the garden.

“Working up my courage” Kamenashi replied still not turning his head to face him but he was looking at Yamapi from the corner of his eye for a brief moment. Yamapi couldn’t help but smirk since he was pretty sure what Kamenashi was working up courage for.

“I think you have enough courage already” Yamapi grabbed the other’s hand and pulled him in closer. “After all you’ve been pretty daring ever since yesterday and made your point pretty clear to me. The only thing I want to know is for how long?”

Kamenashi smiled and finally turned his head to look Yamapi in the eyes.

“Since the moment I saw you lying on the yoga mat for the first time with your eyes closed. I could tell you were feeling totally out of place and that you’d probably been dragged there by someone else. I thought it was extremely adorable. My feelings only grew with time as I noticed how you actually seemed to start enjoy coming to my classes”

“I’d never have started to enjoy it if it wasn’t for you though” Yamapi grinned. “I would probably have stopped coming if I didn’t find you as attractive as I did the first time I saw you”

“You’re making me embarrassed” Kamenashi said but didn’t look the least bit embarrassed as he placed a hand on the back of Yamapi’s head to bring his face down closer to his. Kamenashi’s lips were soft, but cold. He must’ve been out for quite some time for them to have gotten that cold Yamapi mused, wrapping his arms around Kamenashi’s waist. They’d soon heat up though; he’d make sure of that.

Something soft was pressing against his lips slowly bringing Yamapi to wake up. He hummed as the softness started to move slowly and he responded to what he slowly realized was a kiss. He let his tongue slip out and prod the other’s lips open for further access but he was denied. The other’s lips left his and...

“Time to get up sleepy head” Kamenashi whispered and Yamapi slowly opened his eyes.

“What time is it?” Yamapi asked trying to capture Kamenashi’s lips again but failed as the other sat up and stretched his arms.

“5. 10” Kamenashi replied turning his head and looked at Yamapi from over his shoulder.

“Five more minutes” Yamapi mumbled moving closer and wrapped his arms around the other’s waist. “Please” he added and planted a kiss on the side of the other’s chest. He felt the other shiver slightly at the feather light touch of his lips.

“I have to go down and prepare. I’m the one in charge of this morning’s yoga” Kamenashi freed himself from Yamapi’s embrace. Yamapi tried to catch him again but Kamenashi was up from the bed before he was able to and Yamapi almost fell out of the bed. They had fallen asleep in the same bed the previous night but even though Yamapi had wanted more than just kisses to happen between them it hadn’t. Kamenashi had been quick to say stop with the excuse that neither of them would be able to exercise yoga properly the next morning if they went any further.

“Okay” he sighed pushing himself back up onto the bed with his arms. He sat up and stretched the arms above his head as he watched Kamenashi put on his clothes. First the trousers, then the shirt and last he wrapped a scarf around his neck.

“I’ll be downstairs” Kamenashi smiled and planted a kiss on Yamapi’s nose before he moved to walk out the door but Yamapi stopped him. He’d managed to grab a hold of Kamenashi’s scarf and managed to successfully make the other stumbled backwards and land on the bed.

“What- I need to-” Kamenashi protested but Yamapi shut him down with a kiss.

“Can I call you Kazuya?” Yamapi asked when he let go of Kamenashi again and the other stood up adjusting the white scarf.

“If I get to call you Tomohisa”

“Say Tomo instead. It’s shorter and easier to moan” Yamapi smirked.

“Then you should say Kazu, right?” Kazuya smirked back. “Well, I’ve got to go down. Don’t be late Tomo

“I won’t Kazu” Yamapi retorted and finally got up from the bed when Kazuya left the room.

“You two did it” Keiko said with a knowing smirk when she sat down next to Yamapi for lunch.

“No we didn’t” Yamapi replied because they hadn’t, not yet.

“Yes you did”

“No”

“Yes you did I can see it on you” she made a point of eyeing him up and down.

“No we did not have sex” Yamapi hissed, grateful that no one had seated themselves by their table yet.

“I wasn’t talking about sex, idiot” She snickered and hit him over the head. “I’m talking about kissing.”

“Oh, well, that we did.” Yamapi bowed down his head and stared at his plate to hide his face from her inquiring eyes.

“That’s great. I’ll let him have my seat next to you on the bus back then so that you two can hold hands or do something else equally as lovey-dovey”

“Shut up” Yamapi elbowed her, making her drop her chopsticks, but he was actually grateful.

“You’re welcome. You can thank me properly by going shopping on Tuesday”

They end up sitting next to each other’s on the bus back to Tokyo. They also end up holding hands all the way, their fingers intertwined and Kazuya leaning his head on Yamapi’s shoulder. Kazuya’s hair brushing against Yamapi’s shoulder, and tickling him a little every time Kazuya moved slightly to point at something outside the window; a field with cows or horses, a bird in the sky or a funny looking cloud. Other than that they didn’t speak much. The both of them were lost in their own thoughts. The rest of the group wasn’t very loud either but Yamapi had been able to make out the sound of Keiko talking further back in the bus with someone. It seemed like she had made some new friends on this trip as well. Yamapi smiled and squeezed Kazuya’s hand.

As soon as Yamapi entered his apartment he walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water. He found Jin sitting by the table with a smile on his face while sipping on a glass of water of his own. His best friend turned his head to look at him and then they spoke at the same time.

“You’re glowing”

They both started laughing and Yamapi sat down on the opposite side of the table from Jin.

“It’s nice being in love” he smiled.

“It is” Jin admitted sipping some more on his water. “I take it your weekend was good”

“Amazing” Yamapi corrected. “And I take it your weekend was just as amazing”

“Yeah” Jin hummed. “She’s transferring to a language school in Tokyo in a month”

Jin’s face broke into a big smile and Yamapi couldn’t remember the last time his friend had looked that happy. He smiled. Jin’s happiness just made the happiness he felt inside himself double.

“So, when are you introducing your new boyfriend?” Jin asked pushing the glass across the table to Yamapi who grabbed it to take a sip from it. Yamapi didn’t reply he just drank up the water and got up from his seat.

“I’ll take a nap” he then said as he put the glass in the sink. “I’m really tired”

“You know you’ll have to introduce him one day” Jin said as Yamapi walked out from the kitchen.

“We’ll have to wait and see when that day comes”

The end.
